What This Forum Is
Delivered virtually, ElevateBoards® brings together a small forum of 8–10 nonprofit board chairs for a structured, high-impact learning experience grounded in real boardroom practice.
This is designed specifically for current and emerging nonprofit board chairs with a desire to lead more effective, engaged boards. It is especially valuable for chairs who are navigating increased complexity in board discussions, seeking stronger engagement and strategic focus, or carrying too much of the governance load alone.
Rather than offering another governance framework, ElevateBoards® provides practical tools, shared learning, and space to work through real challenges alongside peers who understand the realities of the role.
How the Forum Works
The forum meets for four live, 90-minute virtual sessions, supported by targeted pre-work and post-session application.
Board Leadership sessions are made up of 10 - 15 nonprofit board chairs committed to refining and elevating their strategic leadership skills in a safe, and peer-based experiential environment.
Participants will receive a certificate in Board Chair Leadership upon completion of four key topics: Role Mastery → Strategic Leadership → Relational Leadership → Mission-Critical Focus
These four topics must be completed within a 12-month period for four sessions, pre and post work, office hours & a certificate of completion
